📍 Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to promote Odoo ERP & HR solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, SME, and enterprise segments.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored ERP/HR solutions to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing / IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ERP sales, HR solutions, or enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP platform will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
