Functional Consultant – ERP (Odoo)

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

NETEX, a rapidly growing ERP development company specializing in Odoo-based solutions, is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by guiding clients through the ERP deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

· Analyze and map client needs to Odoo ERP functionalities.

· Prepare functional specifications and implementation plans.

· Lead ERP implementation projects, user training, and post-deployment support.

· Collaborate with the development team to ensure system customizations meet business needs.

· Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage project documentation.

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo experience highly preferred).

· Strong understanding of business operations including finance, inventory, manufacturing, HR, or sales modules.

· Experience in client engagement, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
